요가를 처음 배워보는데 Kate 선생님이 쉽고 친절하게 잘 가르쳐 주셔서 참 좋습니다. 사실 처음에 따라하는데 많이 힘들어서 그만 나올까 했는데, 꾸준히 하니까 점점 몸이 강해지고 유연해 지는게 느껴지더라구요. 처음 1주일 버티는게 제일 힘든것 같아요 ㅎㅎ
